Executive Summary

The Intelligent Compression and Data Organization for Multidimensional Data Volumes project is new this year. It is intended to develop data management tools supporting large multidimensional data- sets such as those generated by IM-MS instrumentation. This capability ill support applications needing rapid access to critical sections of massive datasets.
